Dr. Stephen Sexton holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree and a Diploma in Osteopathy (D.O.). He first attended Monash University in Melbourne, where he majored in Physiology and Pharmacology. Following this, he pursued his osteopathic education at the British School of Osteopathy in London.

In 1987, after completing his studies and returning to Melbourne, Dr. Sexton established private practices in Caulfield North and Brunswick. Over the years, he has actively contributed to the field, holding various positions within the Australian Osteopathic Association (AOA). Additionally, Dr. Sexton has served as a lecturer in Osteopathic courses at both RMIT and Victoria University.

While Dr. Sexton takes great pleasure in treating individuals from all walks of life, he possesses a particular passion for addressing injuries related to the performing arts and sports. His expertise and dedication have earned him a reputation as a trusted practitioner and leader within the osteopathy community.

Matthias Houvenagel

As an Osteopath with a B.App.Sc. (Human Biology) degree and a Master of Osteopathy from New Zealand's Unitec Institute of Technology, Matt combines the latest techniques with well-established osteopathic philosophies in his treatments.

His passion lies in addressing a wide range of conditions, from repetitive strain injuries to those resulting from traumatic events. With his personal experience as an avid sailor, having competed at international levels and sailed from Europe to Australia, Matt has developed a particular interest in sports-related injuries. He is driven to achieve optimal physical health for each athlete, aiming to restore and enhance their performance along the way.

Encouraging active patient involvement in their well-being, Matt empowers individuals to self-manage through prescribed stretches and exercises, leading to lasting and effective results. His commitment to both innovation and tradition ensures that patients receive the best possible care tailored to their unique needs.
