The clinic prefers a standard referral or the supplied direct referral form to precede or accompany the patient. We are very happy to take phone calls in relation to patients at any time.

We send a standard update form back to the referring practitioner after the initial consultation and will keep in contact with you in relation to the patient's progress.

We are also happy to send copies of any medical records (with the patient's written consent).
